                 The consumer buying decision process explains how customers decide to purchase a product. It starts with recognizing a need, followed by searching for information and evaluating different options. After that, the customer makes the buying decision and finally experiences post-buying behaviour, which determines satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Understanding this process helps companies improve their products and marketing strategies to better satisfy customers.
